Kobe NG

Executive School Board Member & School Supervisor


Mr Kobe NG is an experienced education executive with extensive expertise in school governance, academic operations and international education development. A graduate of the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, he has dedicated his career to strengthening educational quality, organisational excellence and cross-border collaboration.

As Executive School Board Member and School Supervisor, Kobe works closely with the School Board and senior leadership team to drive strategic planning, school governance and institutional development. His responsibilities span school operations, admissions, marketing, stakeholder engagement, teacher professional development and whole-school improvement initiatives, contributing to the sustainable growth of the school.

Passionate about preparing students for an increasingly interconnected world, Kobe actively promotes debate, public speaking, leadership development and experiential learning. He believes that outstanding education is built upon visionary leadership, professional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement, and remains committed to fostering an innovative and high-performing learning community.

John CHEUNG

Chief Principal of St. Hilary's Secondary Schools (Hong Kong & Shenzhen)


Principal Cheung Ngai boasts over 20 years of teaching experience, having served in the UK, Thailand, the Greater Bay Area, and Hong Kong. With extensive expertise in international education, he holds certifications for both British and American curricula, including over 12 years of experience teaching the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. He has held various senior management roles in education, serving as the principal of Cambridge international schools, American high schools, and IB primary to junior secondary schools across different regions.

Principal Cheung Ngai previously served as an Advisory Committee Member on the Disability Discrimination Ordinance for the Hong Kong Education Bureau. He is currently a tutor at The Education University of Hong Kong, where he mentors student teachers during their teaching practicums. His contributions to education have been widely recognized, earning him the "Principal of the Year" award at the 2020 Vision in Schools (VIS) Conference and the Outstanding Educational Administration Award in 2021.

In his spare time, Principal Cheung Ngai enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, reading, and watching movies.

Mr. CHU Tsz Wing

Executive Principal


Mr. Chu Tsz Wing currently serves as School Manager of St. Hilary's Kindergartens, Primary and Secondary Schools, as well as the Shenzhen campus, and concurrently as Executive Principal of St. Hilary's Secondary School (Shenzhen). Mr. Chu holds a Master's degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and has been conferred an Honorary Fellowship by The Education University of Hong Kong, bringing over twenty years of experience in education and school management.

Mr. Chu has served for many years as Chief Principal of St. Hilary's Kindergarten and Primary Sections, developing deep insight and rich practical experience across different stages of educational models and curriculum planning. Throughout his career, he has been a steadfast advocate for educational reform, championing a student-centred approach to learning, and actively embracing innovative thinking and technology within the school environment to redefine the "Happy School" model — enabling students to learn joyfully and grow through change. In recognition of his educational philosophy and contribution to the field, Mr. Chu was named one of Hong Kong's Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2018. He also holds a number of government and public service appointments, including membership of the Independent Commission Against Corruption's Community Relations Citizens Advisory Committee and the Task Force on Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Commission on Poverty, reflecting his active engagement in public affairs beyond education.

In his free time, Mr. Chu enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing the guitar, while continuing to explore new possibilities in education.

Jun Lu

Executive Principal


Graduated from Inner Mongolia Normal University, this educator has previously served as the Principal of a public school in Baotou, Inner Mongolia; Head of Secondary at the Ningbo Campus of Yige Education Group; and Campus Principal of the Shenzhen Campus of Tianli Education Group. With extensive experience in teaching, curriculum leadership, and educational administration, they have long been dedicated to school development, curriculum construction, teacher professional development, and the enhancement of educational quality, demonstrating solid capabilities in school operations and educational leadership.

Mia Yang

Vice Principal


Ms. Mia Yang, Vice Principal, brings over a decade of experience in international education. She has previously served as a core member of founding teams at various international schools, as well as Academic Director, Director of Student Development, and Assistant Principal. She holds a Master's degree in International Education from the University of Melbourne and an IB Teaching Certificate. With extensive experience in curriculum integration (including the IB curriculum, the National Curriculum, and the Singapore curriculum), she has developed profound practical expertise in academic management and teacher training. She has led IB accreditation processes, coordinated international examinations, designed leadership programs, and established home-school collaboration frameworks, demonstrating strong capabilities in curriculum innovation and students' holistic development.

Chuqin Qi

Vice Principal


Vice Principal Chuqin Qi graduated from Imperial College London. With cross-cultural learning and working backgrounds in China, the UK, and Canada, she brings over a decade of experience in international education and management. She is highly proficient in international curricula, teacher development, and school operations, combining a global perspective with extensive hands-on educational practice.

Previously, she served as the Director of the Chief Inspector's Office, Group Project Manager, and Director of the Integration Center at a renowned international education group. As a core member of the senior management team, she was deeply involved in building international curriculum systems, assembling teaching teams, and driving school operational development. She possesses extensive expertise in curriculum management, teacher development, admissions outreach, brand promotion, and cross-campus project coordination.

Outside of work, Vice Principal Qi is passionate about reading, sports, and adventure.

Mr Shi-yu (Caleb), LO, FRSA, MCIL, MCCT

Head of Curriculum (HKDSE & A-Level)


Mr LO is an educational leader specialising in international school development, curriculum leadership, academic governance, and quality assurance. He holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Manchester, together with dual honours degrees in English Language Education and Language Studies from The Education University of Hong Kong. He is a Registered Teacher recognised by the Hong Kong Education Bureau, has fulfilled the Language Proficiency Requirement (LPR) for English teachers, and holds the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership. Mr LO is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (MCIL), and a Member of the Chartered College of Teaching (MCCT).

As a founding member of the School Leadership Team, Mr LO serves as Head of Curriculum (HKDSE & A-Level) and Founding Head of English, while also acting as Examinations Officer for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) and Pearson Edexcel qualifications. He provides strategic leadership for curriculum design, academic governance, quality assurance, assessment, and examination administration across the HKDSE and A-Level programmes. He has led the successful establishment of the school's Pearson Edexcel authorisation and international examination centre, developing robust academic systems aligned with internationally recognised standards and supporting the school's long-term academic development.

Prior to his current role, Mr LO served in a range of schools and educational organisations across Hong Kong, gaining extensive experience in curriculum leadership, school improvement, and teacher professional learning. His work has focused on curriculum innovation, Language Across the Curriculum (LAC), Artificial Intelligence in Education (AI in Education), and evidence-informed teaching. Through data-driven curriculum planning and instructional leadership, he has strengthened student achievement and fostered a culture of academic excellence, with students achieving outstanding outcomes in the HKDSE and local and international English competitions.

Beyond school leadership, Mr LO is actively involved in arts education and youth development. He founded a performing arts organisation and an arts education enterprise, and has undertaken leadership roles within a uniformed youth organisation for many years. Through arts, culture, and youth leadership initiatives, he promotes interdisciplinary learning, creativity, character development, and community engagement, believing that education should inspire young people to become confident, compassionate, and globally minded citizens.
